Once you get to the fitness center, you can automatically get a locker at the kiosk and check out today’s workout. DRAXfit members who are registered with the fitness center can record their workouts through their phone or NFC device and check their future workouts. The workouts displayed on the kiosk are managed by the trainer, individualized based on one’s previous workouts. The workouts are customized to each member in their order, level, cardiovascular/muscular type.

You can lock/unlock your assigned locker by tapping the locker with your phone or NFC device. This is convenient as you don’t have to carry around your locker key while working out.

DRAX’s exercise equipment have monitors that can use the DRAXfit. If you tap your NFC device to the device, you can check your weight, repetition, level while working out. If the weight is not set correctly, it will be displayed on the screen, so you can adjust it back to the adequate weight. You can also check the proper speed during exercise through the screen. You can exercise more effectively than you normally do if you exercise at the speed displayed.
When you finish your exercise, the display will show that it’s over and you will be notified of the next exercise.

Is someone else using the equipment that you have to use? You can do another exercise that is assigned for you. You can check which exercises you have already completed through your phone.

If you do not know how to use the equipment, you can learn it through the video that is shown on the monitor. Enjoy your workout by learning the correct posture for it.

DRAXfit is the smart gym system that is applied to DRAX’s exercise equipment. It can be applied to all of DRAX’s cardio exercise equipment like treadmill, bike, elliptical, and strength equipment of the WELLIV series. If you finish all of today’s exercises, you can check your record on your phone. The date of your workout and other details will be recording within the app and these will be utilized by your trainer in developing personalized workout programs.

If you need a little more exercise, please ask your trainer. Trainers can add or change your workouts through the administrator account. The management of exercise equipment and membership can all be done through DRAXfit.At a cost lower than general fitness management, you can provide high quality services to your members.
