Q. First, why did you choose ‘DRAX Fit’, a digital fitness platform?

I first came across the brand DRAX when I was preparing to open a gym. I have a lot of friends who run the training center, and they all recommended me DRAX as the best, sturdiest products. Then I was introduced to a smart system called DRAX Fit, and the first thing that came up to my mind was, ‘this is it’. The main focus for me was to use the best products. The best product from the best brand. So now I use DRAX for the exercising equipment, which is the best brand in Korea, and for the soccer field, I work with the sports brand ‘Puma’.

Q. What kind of synergy effect does DRAX Fit have on Go Ale Club House Center?

I’ve also exercised for my whole life, so I know pretty well about the importance of a bodyweight workout. But it’s really hard to work out alone without an instructor. Unless you have a personal trainer or somebody that could help you with it, it’s really difficult to conduct a workout that is tailored to one’s body. That’s why I thought DRAX Fit was revolutionary. It was interesting that the coaches could plan a workout based on the machines equipped in the center, and customers can visit the center, check out the workout program, achieve their own goal, and get feedback. The regular training centers in Korea have distinct characteristics. Whether it’s a training gym or a soccer field, they are not both. Q. You must have pride as the best center in Korea.

There is no such place as ours in Korea. I’ve spent my whole life playing soccer and training all over the place. It was my dream to create a place where people could come over, work out, and play soccer all at the same time. So I created the clubhouse you see, where amateurs can have fun and learn how the professionals work out.
As for the professional teams, many of DRAX products are set. Both high teams and corporate teams use them. We wanted for the amateurs and regular people to have the same experience as the professionals. That is why we chose DRAX.

Q. Could you introduce us to the main characteristics of DRAX Fit?

I’m wearing the DRAX Fit band on my wrist. Having this is like having a personal trainer next to me. When you scan the band to all the equipment, they show your workout program. It’s also synced to your smartphone, so the workout you have done will also show up on your smartphone screen. When you skip your workout session, your smartphone will even notify a push alarm and your trainer will say, ‘Come work out, you need to work out. Also, in all our equipment, monitors are displayed. You can check your workout posture, speed, and even intensity. Scan your band once again and it will show you your workout routine. Does it even make sense? Q. What was your impression after trying out DRAX’s fitness equipment?

I work out a lot these days. Many athletes, especially soccer players work out very often. So naturally, I’ve been to many gyms, and I know the difference. Here, I’ve tried working out with all of the DRAX products, and I was surprised. Compared to other overseas products, DRAX’s equipment was very soft and it was easy to feel the muscle contraction. I felt that the Korean brand is taking the lead over foreign brands.

Q. Do you have anything to say to those who have yet to try DRAX products?

When I first saw DRAX Fit, I was worried that this smart system might alternate personal trainers’ jobs and eventually jeopardize them. But it wasn’t the case.
