Q. Is there a reason why you chose DRAXfit when opening up the fitness center?
We were experiencing limitations in our management and in providing the best quality service to all of our members while operating with the standard face-to-face method. I decided to introduce DRAXfit into the system so we could provide a high quality service to not just the PT members, but to all of the members who use the center.
The original face-to-face method of operation had limitations in caring for each member due to shortage of staff. I felt like DRAXfit’s system would be able to solve these limitations.
Q. How do the customers feel about DRAXfit?
People felt a bit awkward at first because it’s something new to see in a fitness center where it hasn’t been generalized yet, but after some use, they are now more satisfied with it compared to the original method.
Q. What differences are there in terms of service when compared to existing gyms?
For example, if a member talks to us about a personal preference in exercise, we fit that into the recommended exercise program to provide it to the members. DRAXfit can come up with exercise programs that can tell each member how fast and how far they should go on the treadmill, and how many repetitions they would have to do on a strength exercise machine. Members just need to use the smartphone application that shows the programs that our coaches put together for exercises, so they can come exercise freely whenever they want.

I’ve run a PT shop before, so I know that the results are the best when you make your best efforts for each member. So when I opened this center, I wanted to care for all of our members and not just the PT members, but it wasn’t as easy as it sounds. Now that we have DRAXfit, we can provide members of the general public with high quality services and care for them continuously, so we are satisfied that we can help them have fun exercising for a long time.
